The food prepared by Maria was absolutely amazing! We loved trying out different Amazonian fruits and the fresh fish dishes were always delicious. The room with a private bathroom had a beautiful view and was kept clean. The mirador was a great spot to enjoy stunning sunrises and sunsets.
The location of the hotel was quite remote and required a two-hour boat ride from the nearest town. It would have been helpful to know beforehand to bring our own water and food for the boat ride.

The value for money at this hotel was exceptional, and our room exceeded our expectations with its beautiful view and comfortable amenities. The location was perfect, situated close to the water and within easy reach of both tours and the local community. The staff at La Ceiba were incredibly kind, friendly, and accommodating, making our stay truly memorable.
One small suggestion for improvement would be to offer a wider variety of options for breakfast.
